电影塑造的人物和情境也是较为理想化的，作为一名性工作者，里奥是非常具有职业道德与专业素养的。他了解到了南希内心深处的需求，耐心地引导她、解决了她的问题。而南希作为顾客来说，也同样具有很高的素质，她对里奥表现出的尊重已经胜过很多人对服务行业从业者的态度了，甚至还会担心自己是否在剥削对方。

好像南老师和里老师在讲台上谈情论性，势要作惊人之语，却处处暴露出冬烘的隔靴搔痒。只有第一回合最后被扑倒那一瞬间才算搔到了本质。
单一地点+老戏骨的组合很难不让人想到《困在时间里的父亲》，后者在影片技法上还是要更有层次一些，而这部电影的强势就在于每个段落高潮前的那一点铺垫，都恰到好处。
剧本很精彩，越是简单场景越难拍，整个过循序渐进很流畅，两个人之间的互动也很好看。
