剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     773｜2.5，服化道都挺用心的，配乐也很好，摄影啊灯光啊什么的都很有特点，但是就是这个剧本太胡来了，常常令人感到莫名其妙。独立导演一下子突然有钱了整大制作就是这种情况，说白了就是心有余而力不足，他的表达能力还不足以支撑起投资方对他和他的电影的预期。A24的电影好多都是这个问题。

    既成的文本已然是禁锢，而打破现有认识的结构亦是自我重复的，于是足够繁多的符号却纷纷掉落了下来，观看趣味变为了对符号拾捡的趣味，我们对大卫·洛维的期待真的只是如此吗，或者他这次终被自己反噬，从这个意义上讲，电影可以看作人类永远无法走出的困局，亦是创作难以跨越的瓶颈。

    如果对中世纪文学意象和传说背景不熟悉，理解这部电影确实很有难度。整个电影像一部瑰丽奇幻的骑士版爱丽丝梦游仙境，狐狸、无头少女、巨人、城堡，都是骑士传奇故事中常见的自省象征，我倾向于把高文的这段旅途理解为彼得潘的成败交杂的成人之路，最后戛然而止的黑屏可以说是点睛之笔。一切浩大终究归于一瞬的醒悟，独立、责任，这些大人的东西，回顾起来，往往都是瞬间觉醒的。
