方中信仍然是帅呀*_*。这故事说明只有资本说了算，其它都白费。
认钱大状一遇到正义菜鸟和陈年旧案的受害人立刻就变回了从前那个只爱正义不爱钱的律师？所有证人证据都没了的时候，律师亲自上阵作伪证然后一切迎刃而解？结局不要太假了好不好！
其实，这片子没有表达完整，但是，在最后方中信的陈词里，把本片引入高潮部分！起到了画龙点睛的作用！

人物还是太过脸谱，剧情跟中心思想刚好跑偏~用假物证诱导，最后又说公平正义、人人平等什么的…好吧，电影嘛，皆大欢喜就好。
每一个演员都好喜欢！加上两颗星为了这一帮演技超神的香港演员

如果强权最后只会输给反水的强钱，并不知道站在鸡蛋这边会有什么希望。
智叔太可惜了。电影3.5分，妥妥的网剧质感，。
我觉得拍的挺好的，只是从结果来说，并不算是法律的胜利，如果死者不是富二代，我想会是另一个结局，哎，可悲
非常不真实，导演和编剧水平很一般，一部好剧拍的稀烂。

电影中数次探讨，站在鸡蛋的那一方，还是站在高墙的那一方。这一点，值得我们思考。这么宏大的问题，电影的落脚点放在身为父亲的方中信身上。为什么要站在鸡蛋的那一边，因为他想给他的女儿创造一个是非分明的世界。
还是那波人，还是原来的演技，还是原来的编剧，只是时代变了，观众不好忽悠了。不拼不搏是一定不会博得满堂彩的。输出中规中矩例行公事，打分也要做到公平公正不偏不倚。多给一分，凑及格，敬情怀。港片迟暮，时日几何？
方中信廖启智的表演还是很到位的。
两分，多给一分给意外，律师为了定罪伪造证据然后被禁业三年这招我是万万没想到。
正义的学费很贵嘛，代价是一张空头支票，随便填。推翻了爱民党，下一个是爱什么党呢？
香港电影现在都这么无聊了？！这不是电影，这就是一部普法宣传片啊！看着电影里一个个衰老的戏骨挤着眼角皱纹，弓着背，眼神不再犀利，满眼都是疲惫和与这个世界的和解，不禁感慨英雄迟暮！香港电影除了老戏骨和粤语的躯壳，灵魂早已经灰飞烟灭了。。。
