好奇怪，开头又臭又长的马戏团戏像在看擦妈Back to Basics那张专辑的MV，大魔王出场就变成上世纪的黑色电影（哦，原来真是翻拍）。故事讲得稀巴烂，主角的技能吧啦吧啦地说完了所有配角想干嘛，就是不知道主角们先干嘛，使得主角的命运变得完全不抓人，结局除了呼应前文外，没有任何表达，不了了之。
卡罗尔之后卡特女王和鲁尼又相聚。片子如陀螺导演一贯的黑色，没看过老版，我觉得精彩。各种隐喻和铺垫
与此同时，斯坦顿还在马戏团里邂逅了名为茉莉的女孩，随着时间的推移，斯坦顿和茉莉之间产生了感情。最终，斯坦顿带着茉莉离开了马戏团，他们坚信他们能够靠自己的双手打开一片属于他们的天地。一晃眼多年过去，虽然斯坦顿在占卜圈已经小有名气，但他并不满足，渴望更多的金钱。此时一个名叫莉莉丝的女人出现在了他面前……

男主前半段看着比后半段聪明太多，有种铺陈了很多就这的感觉

結局加一星，沒有落入老套的壞人伏法好人平安的發展。公司的經營理念“努力”“平衡”“忠誠”在黑心老闆的詮釋下變得如此諷刺，公平從來只是上等人用來放縱的藉口。

视效和美指无可挑剔，故事和节奏无fuck可说
前半段不得不沉浸在德尔托罗恋物癖式的美学趣味中 当重心开始叙事一切便开始崩塌
脆弱心理的下岗人员，心机婊的实习生，混乱的同事炮友网都让观众同情哈登。
2.5/5 比较喜欢前半Carnival的部分 虽然拖拉了 但至少发挥了陀螺的风格 后半部分叙事乏味 演员之间又毫无火花😪
兜兜转转，还是成为了笼子里的人
剧情给到美恐一集就可以完事，但因为有这么多大牌在，必须每个人的戏份都拉长给足再加上恶趣味美学搞氛围，齁得慌。
3.5吧，可以再短一些。本意期待看到一個大路加魔術爭鬥的東西
没抱预期，没想到能看进去。剧本老一套，完全由叙述语气撑起的电影。
