The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 抓马是抓马，里面的人和感情都很温柔。年轻人的爱情友情真是美好，成年人的感情很复杂，也很美好。爱情会消失，但是千丝万缕的爱不会。

非常欣喜能看到如今的LGBT电影能够走出以前的那种题材范围，而探索更加丰富和普世的命题，让同性题材褪去猎奇的外衣，收获更多的共鸣，美中不足的是如果家庭关系、社会环境能够讨论得更加深刻一点就好了，而不是像片中片那样，点到即止，少了些回味。
