The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 悠长的音乐，广阔的外景，舒缓的节奏，传统的西部片。
人物塑造相当成功，瘦削干瘪，一个眼角耷拉着。
男人的咆哮，生死予夺的枪声。弱肉强食的丛林法则。
用刀明显更帅。处理尸体就是喂猪，太生猛了。
西部片就是美国人的武侠片。一个金盆洗手的江湖高手，却不料再次卷入江湖仇杀当中。这样的剧情是不是就熟悉多了。从西部片横向比较其实比较普通，胜在干净利落味道纯正。
太多售卖廉价情感的电影的现在，这样的电影算是少有了。
《老亨利》（2021）：
一般般，剧情其实挺老套，唯一的反转还行吧，老比利成就小比利...
表演有力 剧本离谱 在老亨利身上能看到所有西部片主角的元素 反派也是老戏骨 但是就像一锅无聊的大杂烩 故事情节上还是太弱了
好多影迷说是传统硬核西部片，但这明明是老无所依式的西部哀歌。当然，导演希望比利小子后继有人，而传统西部片能再现辉煌。

西部片大概就是追求一种情调，旷野，粗糙，野蛮，传奇，秘密。前面所有的蓄力，就是为了最后的砰砰砰。敌人全倒，谜底揭晓，这个老实巴交的农民，原来就是传说中的谁谁谁。
窝囊老农是个狠角色，剧情略显拖沓，几个罪犯还是不够狠啊。
剧情有点相似 到走出了另一种方式 或许是亲情的温服让人为之改变 也为之有所牵挂
这么怀念比利小子？让他起死回生再大战一场？炒的冷饭中规中矩，惜乎没有以往西部片的感觉了，豪情？勇敢？
老派西部风格就是话从不表达完整但枪法一定要准
全片简洁不拖沓，最后的枪战有种回到老西部片的感觉。不过西部片真的没落了，也只能挖些老素材拍了。
