The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 看一半就来打满分了！在俄罗斯和乌克兰这个时刻，不小心选了这个片子，一切是天意。演员超棒，口音满分，结尾的照片也太赞了

不苦情、不沉重，大量的美式笑话让人忍俊不禁。但笑着看完，却哭着回忆，百老汇的这波美式正能量，我先干为敬。

我最喜欢的音乐剧，没有之一。这是现代歌舞剧和现代社会的完美代表和缩影，也是人类命运共同体的赞歌。

舞台利用最大化，每一位演员都身兼多名角色，性格反差明显，特别优秀。
泪目了好多次，到最后消防员母亲得知噩耗的时候终于绷不住了，曲风虽然不是我喜欢的，但是从纽芬兰岛这个角度看911的取材非常特别且意义非凡
最感动的，是艺术家们沉醉于艺术之中，投入而纯粹的样子
确实太适合后疫情看了，尤其2020年初的时候。然而疫情这场灾难已经转向了无人知晓的地方，以后谁会来写2022这部音乐剧呢

小舞台，省演员，12人个个分饰多角，营造出人声鼎沸之感。技术上节奏明快，过场如飞，毫不拖泥带水，却一点也不突兀，有非常高水准。故事上就是一报告文学，却让人看得津津有味，灾难之际陌生人似乎更易释放善意，写得足够细腻。当然对于遭受更多苦难与灾难的人群来说显得似乎有些矫情。
