The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 导演最后一行字幕坐实他脑中的片名其实是「张伯伦：被误解的英雄」
一部形式大于内容，但把形式推向极致的高级艺术寓言。
9分，感觉全片都在阐述着帕斯卡对死亡的荒诞哲学。
类似2001太空漫游，剧情就像是观光巴士，重点是（导演想表达的）窗外的景色而非巴士座椅舒适与否。

柴油朋克+废土朋克 30多年哼哧哼哧搞了这么多模型用了这么多特效，只拍出一个过时的故事。放在1990年，也很老套。（现在7.4分 估计最后在6.5左右 剧情太松散还是默片 二倍速都嫌慢）
这是碳基生物能整出来的活？艺术过于超前了吧。
暗黑怪诞，令人不适，似乎又充满隐喻，充满了现在电影作品里少有的想象力和独创性。得以窥探到菲尔·蒂佩特的脑内世界，他是一位怀有双向情感障碍，沉浸在自我世界的定格动画天才。
张伯伦牺牲了自己的名声，却让全世界看清了希特勒的真面目，并且为英国和盟军备战准备了时间，最终打败纳粹……这简直是「一盘好大的棋」。
道具精良，然而孤落寡闻如我只能理解个只言片语。
说实话比较难欣赏。突破传统的视觉审美和黑色创世神话的结合还是很有新意的，但是感官确实也有些过于恶趣味了…
