Whenever I see La Paura I think of it as a companion piece to Eyes Wide Shut, or maybe it is the other way around. Adultery makes both films tick but in different ways. I think Phillip French was right on the money when he pointed out a Wizard of Oz thing in Kubrick's last work. Like Dorothy, Tom and Nicole go through fantasies and nightmares and at the end Dorothy's reassuring childish motto "there's no place like home" is ironically updated to the adult circumstantial adage "there's no sex like marital sex". Kubrick's take is intellectual, he never leaves the world of ideas to touch the ground. He taunts the audience first with an erotic movie and then with a thriller and refuses to deliver either of them. He was married to his third wife for 40 years, until he died. Rossellini was still married to Ingrid Bergman when he directed La Paura; they had been adulterous lovers and their infidelity widely criticized La Paura is a tale, a noirish one. The noir intrigue is solved and the tale has a happy ending. The city is noir; the country is tale, the territory where childhood is possible. The transition is operated in the most regular way: by car, a long-held shot taken from the front of the car as it rides into the road, as if we were entering a different dimension. Irene (Bergman) starts the movie: we just see a dark city landscape but her voice-over narration tells us of her angst and informs us that the story is a flashback, hers. Bergman's been cheating on her husband. At first guilt is just psychological torture but soon expands into economic blackmail and then grows into something else. From beginning to end the movie focuses on what Bergman feels, every other character is there to make her feel something. Only when the director gives away the plot before the main character can find out does he want us to feel something Bergman still can't. When she finds out, we have already experienced the warped mechanics of the situation and we may focus once again on the emotional impact it has on Bergman's Irene. In La Paura treasons are not imagined but real, nightmares are deliberate and the couple's venom suppurates in bitter ways. Needless to say, Ingrid has another of her rough rides in the movies but Rossellini doesn't dare put her away as he did in Europa 51, nor does he abandon her to the inscrutable impassivity of nature (Stromboli). His gift is less transcendent and fragile than the conclusion of Viaggio in Italia. He just gives his wife as much of a fairy tale ending as a real woman can have, a human landscape where she can finally feel at home. Back to the country, a half lit interior scene where shadows suggest the comfort of sleep. After all, it's the "fairy godmother" who speaks the last words in the movie.

好看，热血，最喜欢主题曲《普通》
满满青春，真挚的情感，通篇又笑又哭又燃，每个情节各种细腻小转折充满信息量，基本没有掉下去的片段或尬桥段，观影体验十分流畅。
hey，这是青春呀！虽然前因后果略微有点虎头蛇尾，然而好开心呀！我们只被自己定义，这是他们的青春。真好。还有，一切都来得及，青春不设限，年龄也不是问题。
但跟家长一起吃饭看看也挺好。
故事从男子花游切入本身就极有戏剧感，本土化很成功，时刻保持着笑点信息量，组队训练比赛三大块在剧作上切割得非常工整，情绪起落和困境压力做得很充分。唯一的问题是袁教练训练前跟朋友交谈明显话里有话，但被揭穿是骗子后戏份直接腰斩，很让人怀疑少了一段。
青春，热血，该有的都有了。也算是光线青春片里最好看的一部了吧，院线档期选在十一也是很吃亏…
最后，最后的表演很精彩。
好討巧的選題，性別角色的良性錯置與男子氣概的建構反思，以一種極為溫和的方式放在簡中語境中，男性少年的身體成為被凝視的對象，可喜的是，他們的成長，既不必（至少是主要）依靠外力，也不怵於示弱認慫，這一點對今天的雞娃世界而言太難得了，然而他們的破繭，還得仰仗網絡流量。夏天，結束了，撲水，還繼續！
日影故事打底，本土化也非常成功，有点出乎意料，因为这些年翻拍翻车的太多，都ptsd了，海报封面的字体都一样。五个男生也都挺帅的，青春的气息真好，羡慕年轻人，充满活力，不像我这个死气沉沉老气横秋的中年人。【咪咕视频】
这才是普通高中生的青春啊 为一个不确定的小小的目标一起努力的样子真的很美好。私认为这才是青春片该有的样子 导演很会拍 节奏很好 整体观赏性很舒服 有笑点有泪点 且笑点泪点都很自然 不突兀不强行 五个面生的小演员演的也很自然 好后悔没去电影院贡献票房 放在国庆档真的好可惜。最后 少年的身体真的是美好啊……
他们在学花游，少年们真的就是一种很欢乐的状态，每个人，都是独一无二的自己，目标努力过想放弃过又重新拾起目标继续奋斗过，勇敢的去做，那些结果都不重要，重要的是我们努力的过程。只要我们努力了，会收获更多的喜悦，改变对男子花样游，所有的人会为了一个信念往前冲，那些拼搏的日子会永远刻在记忆里。每每想起那些拼搏的岁月，生活又充满了希望，展示了热血少年的热血青春，希望自己要加油呀，可以散发属于自己的光芒，五个扑水的少年都找到了自己的认同感，我们只被自己定义，送给自己，也送给你们，生活还是充满了希望与阳光…
不是翻拍的有多好，而是国产确实很缺这种中二青春的电影

结尾给我尴尬癌都看出来了，好家伙这么大一坨人就这么溜进去了……
不过有时候人不能什么都落不着，还是该放松的时候就好好放松。
既然都组男子花游队了，就别多嘴强调「女生柔美，男生阳刚」，这句一出，直接让人放弃幻想，这故事完全不可能在这地儿发生。不过，看到一群少年为了一件事，莽莽撞撞地努力，还是很开心。
成为谁口中的那个谁，可能还碌碌无为，即便你说我在痴人说梦
我们有大把时间可以一起为了坚持的事而努力到底，一起失败迷茫后再尝试，一起惹是生非一起剃平头，即使在往后的日子里我们各奔东西散落四方，最终也没有变成想成为的大人，含糊着对年少的自己说抱歉，但最想感谢的仍然是你们。因为有你们，照亮了我那平淡无奇的青春。P.S.看完又想学游泳了
