The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 长镜头还是有一定野心，就是太青涩了，台词生硬，演技堪忧。中间一段长镜头跨越了两次时空转换，这样的设计在华语电影中算是一股清流，最后超现实的手法更是一种话语，即是女主压抑生活的解放，也是对老爷子解脱的超度。戏曲的运用就是点了一下，没有深入融合电影所表达的理念之中，点到为止，导致了有点杂糅和大杂烩的感觉。

对了如果这个动画做成游戏的话，或许非常赞。

导演在拍之前可以看出做了大量的考察和准备，很多场景和故事都比较的现实。

3.5平遥这届观众这么严格这么挑剔吗？有很多瑕疵，也有很多不足，但能看出来导演的真诚，也能看出来导演想突破这类题材限制
4.6之前一直记不住片子的名字，这次终于记住了，很实的一部片子，写实的生活，真实的生活困境，但是有点可惜的是没有什么明确的导演风格，只是一个普通人的故事展现在面前。
剧情让人摸不着头脑，奇妙的画面确实不错，但特写和近景的画风差异太大，有点割裂，单独抽出来不错，混在一起挺怪 设定不解释，情感线随意，剧情刻意，太失望了 （吐槽：男主的🎧前期几乎镶在脑袋上，后来为了体现改变才掉了，因此前期跑酷耳机不掉实在不能理解）
