The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 如果死者是个普通人家的女孩儿，故事就该是另一个走向了吧。
剧情异常简单，廖启智最后一部作品，感觉像是电影版的《律政强人》，但他的戏份远远不够。方中信则无论如何给我一种“张强”的感觉(他着西装实在太型)，但剧中寻回自己初心的前段非常突兀，有点莫名其妙。
其实，这片子没有表达完整，但是，在最后方中信的陈词里，把本片引入高潮部分！起到了画龙点睛的作用！

就这么一个平平无奇的剧本，看的时候我都在想，不会就这么完了吧，就没有小高潮，小反转？结果直到最后，嗯，就是这。有老戏骨，三星吧

现在的港片怎么都是网络大电影的样子。阵容真强大，方中信那几句很精妙，我已经收了阿婆家的几万，那是他们全部家当。富豪不会把全部家当拿出来吧。
人物还是太过脸谱，剧情跟中心思想刚好跑偏~用假物证诱导，最后又说公平正义、人人平等什么的…好吧，电影嘛，皆大欢喜就好。
名律师正义觉醒之挑战政商勾结杀人案。整体氛围还可以，但是细节有点经不起推敲呢。
这不是一部让你觉得好不好看的电影，只是给一直喜欢香港电影的人解闷的电影
