The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事在TV版的基础上进行了一定的丰富，但卖胶的本质动机还是太明显，全场的节奏就是靠多安的长鼻子扎古和南十字小队撑下来的，然而战斗戏的表现又有些拉胯，特装扎古小队一顿砍瓜切菜就全报销了还有两个被阿姆罗残忍终结…总之GTO拍成TV既然绝无可能，偶尔来这么点甜头，就马马虎虎及时行乐吧
很好的作品。有美景，有爱情，有生活，也有感动。美好的风景，淳朴的乡民，还有具有奉献精神的青年。如果世界真有这么美好就好了。
