The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 很圆滑，很有趣，群像整得相当好，节奏调度相当好。就是我对合家欢大团圆的这类型剧没啥感觉
9.11二十周年之际看这部展现人类闪光时刻格外暖心，纽芬兰的许多都是人们理想的状态，种族宗教性取向都不再是问题，仿佛不存在少数和多数的概念，小镇的人为在黑暗中的人带来了光，尤其是知道了是真实发生的事件后，更为感动，在这世间还是有美好的人和事存在的，最糟糕的时刻总是最能展现人性，想去世界尽头的甘德看一看。
看前半个小时的时候感觉特别惊艳，后面渐渐就有些腻乏了

我们可以看到人类最大的善意闪光的同时也能不逃避自私与阴暗面，但是总是向善的。不回避创伤与痛苦的作品才是真正伟大的！这是一部没有任何理解壁垒的片子!太棒了
不同风格的一部音乐剧，官方影像音效好像做的有点问题

第一次主动看音乐剧，我还不太会欣赏。将近两个小时的表演，从头到尾专注的看完，同时又要准确的理解其剧情，含义还是很有难度的。找时间再来追第二遍吧。整个情节十分流畅，人物剧情也很生动且活泼，就是美式幽默我还get不到。看来9.11将是美国无法抹去的哀伤。

它对这件事的表达不伤、不煽，也不那么戏剧，反而是贴近日常生活的平实温和。
精彩绝伦的作品。把膝盖献给这群真正的演员。
19年买了票，20年全部演出取消，21年终于看到，大家都是来自远方，也欢迎远方。
