brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. 3.5。我还挺喜欢这片，可能是源于特定时间的一些价值认同？但其实，这样的叙述以及正反强烈对比给我造成了一种看爽片的感觉，看完之后只剩下激动了，这与之前的预期存在着一定的落差，不知道是好是坏，也可能只是方向不同吧。
感受到索金大神找到了自己的节奏，输出爆炸却张弛有度，内容多到这个地步却没有落入冗杂。撕开黑夜的人在结尾都渐渐露出了另一个自己，Tom的强硬、Abbie的肃然、David的挥拳、Schultz的敬意，只有傲慢与固执从一而终，永不变形。2020看起来很适合这部电影，50年后世界，侮辱与损害还在，壁垒与龌龊还在，硝烟与热血也还在。
内容上面正邪对立得黑白分明，正方下了很大功夫做多态，但总得来说还是故事剧情大于人物——不过群像戏也确实已经塞得满满当当了，没办法苛责太多。
虽然很多人不太喜欢艾伦·索金，可我就是看他写的东西觉得爽啊。而且这次的案件，仿佛就是一个纪录片一般。场景穿插也比较好理解了，庭上辩护也是精彩的。但是看多了律政类案件的我就想问，不能换法官？这么biased法官，不能提审换一个么，可烦死我了。
这是一个历史的书笺，插在60年代的「The whole world is watching」，又体认美国当前的政治局势进行表达。虽然长达两个小时但富于技巧性的拍摄手法和节奏感甚佳的剧本却不会让人疲倦，注意力始终能集中在这个很密的法廷故事之中，而演员各自精彩的表演将电影焊接得更有凝聚感。索金是想把抗议与审判，以及每个人的背景都挤进去，所以有时会让人觉得很仓促。
在大选的时节看很应景。这么大的信息量，能有条不紊的呈现出来，了不起！全片演员的表演方式跟片子喜剧类型元素很贴合，有趣但不会过于戏谑。🤩🤩🤩看到些评论真让人上火，与其担心索金是不是更左，不如担心自己工作KPI有没有完成惹。

可能大概的确挺好的吧，但我完全看不下去，整个背景太遥远生疏了
7.5/10 除了剪辑很出色，其他的真就很规整。
美国律政剧永远能推陈出新，历史上经典政治案件，或名垂千古，或遗臭万年，在这个动荡的2020年重现，极具嘲讽，又意义非凡！
……索金这几年，输出比输出形式变得重要了。人物塑造硬得不行，薄如纸。
看了20分钟以为这么愚蠢unethical的法官是编的 结果居然是真的…
当七君子的形象取代了严肃的议题，就无所谓对错了，历史总是这样，当真相借由更易传播的载体，往往稀释甚至转移了真正的焦点，但如果没有更大众的视角，普通人不会对没有生活重要的事分散注意，就像片中说的，一些人活在50年代，一些人活在60年代。我不喜欢群众运动的主要原因在于，因为容易激化和被引导，到最后都是形式和手段变成了主角。

有笑料，有讽刺，混乱又有条理，法庭上还有很亮眼的台词。本来给个四星，不过冲着国内想拍也拍不出来，特意给五星。
