即便是被当众切开，痛觉也无法与观看者同场共鸣，仍然是限定于施刀者和受刀者之间极为私密的肉体交合及精神共振，“surgery is the new sex”由此成立。只是柯南伯格从早年对于形体本身“内”与“外”之美的极致追求到如今选择以身体为噱头服务表演艺术的转变属实放弃了他标志性的险棋，比起新器官的诞生，更想看他拿痛觉紊乱大做文章，以及探讨在死亡后主观意识上痛觉消失所带来的局限和新的可能性。

这样炸裂的设定加上柯南伯格擅长的身体恐怖元素想想都会很好看，然而观感却是晦涩又无聊，感官刺激仅仅是悬浮的表像，还不如蕾雅·赛杜的肉体来的实在。

大卫柯南伯格老态龙钟也不忘创作出怎么部电影。结果看到是把痛感作为方法、点缀着冷幽默、讨论着艺术创作和资本垄断话唠寓言，以固定空间内的对话戏为主Body Horror回归更像是类型元素障眼法。好在维果影帝演技还在，蕾雅赛杜那场“表演”独白戏印象最深，大师艺术片做到忘我
概念先行，实现得不那么好，视觉冲击力和思想内核都比不了《钛》，不知道一直把这两部在一起拉扯什么。但维果莫滕森的表演单凭一己之力就可以给它再加一星，他怎么又瘦成这样了！被他活活帅死。非常喜欢里面一些概念设定，比如手术机器手的控制器，早餐椅和床等等。最后那个定格镜头绝了。配乐很有氛围，我觉得某几段和《极乐迪斯科》风格几乎百分百相似了，非常喜欢。

啊这，没料到小K新电影艺术到这种程度。人格构建经常看到，肉体构建倒是很少看，然而肉体构建最终还是要走向人格构建。让我扩充下知识量再来看第二遍。
