The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 艺术门类大融合的流媒体年代，更能看出各门艺术类型独立存在的意义。某种跨界的“壁”，不是调试视听语言、精简叙事节奏就能轻松突破的——更何况，如这般自信的“创作者”所钟爱的，就是用所谓原汁原味的懒惰挑战双边的水准。
看之前没了解片子任何背景，然后边看边一直在感叹好像rent啊，看到最后才发现拍的就是rent的原作者的故事……
这电影看的我几度哽咽，我可能是有问题了，希望是更年期，希望早点好起来。

音乐剧传记片，创作者困境故事，个人情感充沛，整体渲染扁平，除了加菲其他角色都不讨喜。

永远可以相信加菲的选片 至今的作品得分就已经足够惊艳了
原剧完成度算不上高，所以之前觉得电影改编的唯一出路是传记化，果然如此，但这就成了一个套娃：在剧里写Superbia，在电影里写/演TTB，LMM把后面两层拍扁了些但是又必须留着，甚至还借用了最早的独幕剧模式，不知道普通观众观感如何，也许依然会觉得乱？但这片子太深情了，一直哭一直哭，没法用普通观众视角对待。桑爷-Larson-LMM的传承，浸满对剧场的爱。改编是同人写法，尽力把观众想要的东西都找地方安放。非常喜欢LMM把Larson删掉的Boho days拿回来，一秒还魂Rent，绿绿裙的处理也非常合理，最后片尾还贴心地还回来。Sunday生怕普通观众看不明白给了一段前序交待，把Susan和Dot写成了对照的情感线，BP女神出现的时候真是哇哇哭。桑爷亲自的录音也感人非凡。lots of lov

没办法共情，让我在纽约睡地下室我也愿意。所以没办法为了剧作者自己的小确幸而感动。
