A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.
Flodders (1986) is available on DVD in Germany in a dubbed German version in Dolby Digital 5.1. under the name:

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.

整个故事有些拖沓；妮可讲真相那段演技杠杠的；女主侧颜无敌
怪异的仪式感百看不腻，可安雅再美，调度再绝也没能拯救故事毫无张力的俗套。
三星半。相比the lighthouse确实匠气工业很多。但是不妨碍我看的津津有味。就这种扣细节的运镜非常适合轻微强迫症的我。好莱坞还每年安排一次Macbeth呢，每年看次哈姆雷特不也蛮好。
（5.3/10）比起《女巫》和《灯塔》，《北欧人》始终缺乏神秘与危险。艾格斯对《王子复仇记》的改编有一丝现代的感觉，但大部分时间都在按部就班。男性主导的故事中，女性角色的戏份有所增加，其形象却并不丰满。即使连艾格斯最拿手的神话传说元素，都显得格外生硬，可有可无。
但还是值得一看！
电影气氛诡异风格怪诞。看来洋人古装电影不适合我啊，个人不是很喜欢！
暗黑北欧神话版王子复仇记，看的时候脑子里不停闪回尼尔盖曼的《北欧众神》。安雅太美了，精灵一般，温泉里的裸戏构图很像保罗索伦蒂诺的《年轻气盛》。
泰姆瑞尔人兼冰岛迷当然狂喜。风光大片。但是故事么...嗯...其实并没有忠实于原著，但又非常轴地一定要体现悲剧本色，就朗诵多过对白了
关于这部电影 有件事和黑豹是一样的 很多人不喜欢它的理由是 它不像一部“中国的电影” 可关键是 它本来就不是中国的电影啊
画面很好，打斗太平常了，剧情实在是太套路普通：拿了把牛逼的剑废了牛劲，那么多巫师帮忙，结果还是那么费劲，唉
就是把哈姆雷特改编成北欧版，加上光膀子猛男互殴，爱情戏可以跳过
看完后，观感尚可。对于这个题材本身就抱有极大兴趣。故事比较老套，关于复仇的故事。但是中世纪时那种原始的、野性的、暴力又血腥的氛围在这部影片中烘托得淋漓尽致。掺和了大量宗教和邪典传说，让主角王子的一切行为举止都变得不可思议。最后的火山口决斗颇有古罗马角斗士的战斗风采，欣赏肌肉碰撞之美。整个故事再精简一下会更好。
搞的好像很大气，充满原始感，不过个人感觉有点长，多少会有一些无聊。
如果把神神叨叨的部分，全删减掉，会好看不少。
体会到非裔群体看Black Panther的时候的那种认同和满足感了，借用吉的话，影片对于二代亚裔尤其是华裔移民来说其实可能意义更大。即使对于身份认同没有那么强烈需求的我们，离场的时候看着身边的外国观众，也会生出一些些优越感和开心，尤其是有这么一个华裔角色进入到被全球认可的流行icon之一的漫威宇宙，作为一个喜欢并从头见证漫威史的影迷，是真的挺爽的。影片本身带着一种浪漫的节奏，武打设计很亮眼很美，梁朝伟仿佛没有变，只是年纪大了，但还是那么有魅力，太帅了！美中不足，尚气的自我救赎和成长反而没有他爸的深情和执念来得强烈，水下觉醒那段可以给到他一些personal time的。漫威宇宙太强了，迫不及待想到看multi-universe要怎么展开。
安雅好看捏~。剧情的叙述方式和莎翁剧差不多，先预言再通过实际行为去印证，最终导出结果。复仇的题材很多，主要是看故事的包装，但这部剧情上的包装也过于粗糙。不够引人入胜和曲折。玩过刺客信条英灵殿之后对于维京或者北欧人的生活（衣食住行，神明祭祀种种）和战斗的展现也见怪不怪，没什么新意。摄影和取景非常棒，导演的审美不戳。地狱之门的对决以及白马入英灵殿的桥段拍的最有意境和特色。两星半吧，如果没看过其它北欧人题材的电影可以给到三星到三星半。

简单来说就是一部充满悲剧色彩的北欧版王子复仇记。片中部分镜头跟《麦克白的悲剧》有相似的格调，即想刻意复刻一种来自莎翁剧作的戏剧感。要说导演前作《灯塔》里强对比的黑白光影视为加分项，本片夜伴时分的低饱和色调同样诱人迷恋，浅以为它准确赋予了复仇性格——不是激烈的红，也不是冷酷的蓝，而是阴郁的紫。不过要说到迷恋，怎么可能不痴想在绝美逶迤的自然风光下，水雾氤氲的温泉里跟安雅·泰勒-乔伊来一场巫山云雨呢。
拍得既写实残暴又神叨叨，气质还不错，就是简单的复仇老故事不适合用这般拖拉的节奏 / 导演继续在补全他的“写实欧洲神话历史”
