The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 美国的法律体系根本不完善，政治的干预性还是很强，所谓的自由国度也只是自由的幻影，可以言论自由，示威自由，自由还是有政府所赋予的，那样就无法称之为自由。发生在美国60年代的事情在当今的中国仍然在演绎着，美国还有改变政府的机会，而我国没有，相比是更加可悲的。
看完之后又去回顾了下911事件 窒息和难受

法律、秩序......犀利的言语，颇具史诗气质的叙事。必将拿下奥斯卡最佳影片、最佳男配角。
此类电影看多了都是一个套路，主旋律社会题材，匠气又刻意，有几处剪辑上的亮点（叙说和闪回结合），一看就是奔着奥斯卡去的，估计能接着今年社会运势的东风拿一些提名。看戏外发现更多有意思的地方，小雀斑演的人物是简方达的前夫，当年奥斯卡影帝之争，被小雀斑最后时刻逆转的基顿演了个配角，两人同场出镜

场景角色无缝衔接，太精致了。
宣传911期间美国北方小镇接纳临时停靠的大量飞机乘客的音乐剧。从舞台布景灯光音乐到演员台词走位唱段无不体现出百老汇一流的制作水准。对比美国社会的现实状况，片中呈现的诸般美好难免透出一丝不真实。
一开始记人名就很费脑子，也没看懂最后的高潮，完全不明白大家为何起立鼓掌，但不得不说剧本从头至尾都很抓人，风格很像《社交网络》，一查才知道原来导演就是编剧大人
剪辑营造了叙事氛围，但为此也牺牲了流畅性，整体是种凌乱的观感。故事本身很值得记录，电影拍的精彩但套路，很"聚焦"，是冲着奥斯卡去的了。
无与伦比。完美的舞台剧。
因为我们内心其实都已经站好边了，让原本该紧张的法庭戏观感大打折扣，况且也没有啥戏剧性的转折出现，所以内心毫无波澜的看完了。三星半吧。
