The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 导演的镜头语言非常非常棒，但是剧本实在是太拉了。后窗，坏老板，钉枪少女反杀，这些真的完全没有一丁点必要，绝对的狗尾续貂。
片尾用的Elastica的Connection，瞬间回到Grunge盛行的年代，用得好，爽，四星加一星，镜头不搞广角、鱼眼那些极端主义的索德伯格还是很讨人喜欢的！
很一般，没场面，没情节，最后女主发飙杀人反转太快。连续剧都不如。
简单的总结，就是一个程序员，在杀了人之后， 终于克服了社交恐惧症，从而过上了正常而幸福的生活

剧情很简单，但对一部流媒体电影来说足够了，有把疫情下人被风险、创伤、记忆、科技缠绕的状态点出来。
