The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 殺妻兇手作為破局牽線人設定得不錯，不算為了過審而加上自首一鍋端的話，利用偽造証供標榜人無完人、公義賽高就有點畫蛇添足了
最后一段方中信说鸡汤太尬了。
其实节奏还是不错的，只不过大团圆结局的是建立在死者也是富家女，并且爹肯为了她不惜一切代价，不然主角再努力，结局走向也不可能是抓到真凶

剧本一般，有点牵强，对抗性不够。女一很美，扮演死者的女三也很不错。
轻车熟路的香港法庭片。法律，对于一些人是生意，对于一些人是信仰。
剧中有句台词，大概是：“对有的人来说法律是一门生意，但对有的人来说法律是一种信仰”。毕业快20年，已经说不出法律还是不是我的信仰。
哪里会有绝对的正义，最后一段陈词，就当是理想主义的自白。朋友多了路好走。
只能说新一代的港片编剧同新一代的香港演员一样青黄不接、乏善可陈，全剧都靠着老戏骨的支撑。
怎么说呢，作为电影来看真差劲啊，3星都不配。然而为了最后雷的那段话，还是加两星吧……
在本片中出现的黄金配角廖启智和曾江都已经去世了。

律师的操作应该违反职业守则了吧
好烂的故事。低智的悬疑部分，羸弱的法庭辩白部分，僵硬的"天降神兵"部分，尴尬的自白正义部分……莫名其妙，浪费时间。
我愿意把这当作律政强人续集来看 如果廖启智也演律师就更完美
法律题材居然拍的如此弱智，这个题材在国内还是吃不开……
很难相信，曾经英美法系最注重珍贵的程序正义的香港，最终选择了这个解决方案。可见，真的是，末法时代了。 学法的人一声叹息。
这个陈家乐到底哪儿冒出来的啊，演技差的一逼，看他一副正气凛然的样子就想吐，正面人物也能演的这么差的实属罕见。
