The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 南非也可以拍出这么有格调的电影，一切为了自由！
第一人称和激励角度：你能为自由付出什么？答案是一切。这是个悲壮的故事，背后为了获得自由而牺牲的人们浓缩进了这部片子，它只是世界诸多为了自由而奋斗的人民的缩影之一；
比起爱情，反而有被男主的好友那份善良感动到频频戳中泪点，真的是很温暖的朋友啊，知道男主是同后多少有些交往上的细节变化也很真实。而男主一开始那份对自己的厌恶，努力想尝试回到“正常”，种种都带着现实意味。女主也是亚撒西到不行。枫珠和tsubasa的角色也是很有cp感啊，好喜欢温泉那段豁出去的吻戏
谁是卧底，悬念未能建立。时代氛围塑造不足。当抢银行的类型片与民族解放诉求融合，出现了类型片压倒表达的苗头。
这片子不错，但拍成这样肯定是为了符合南非的现状，黑人没错，但白人也不都坏。如果在照这样黑白泾渭分明下去，南非跌入贫困国家行列也不稀奇。
不错。很悲壮，缺点也很明显，太短，整个电影更像是从某个故事当中截取出的一个片段，导致人物形象不够饱满，看起来也稍微有点没头没脑的感觉。
