剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     比起16版重启的那部这部才是正统续作意义上的捉鬼敢死队3，但是风格上做了大胆的改变尝试（这ip要是往恐怖惊悚方向深挖感觉会很有前景），比起喜剧更像是剧情片、冒险片，中间数度在想“我是在看《夺宝奇兵》吗”，可惜后半段节奏太怪了，好在有小棉花糖怪和退休四人组（以及其他老角色）的客串，情怀分加满。这个老师在课上专门放恐怖片好怪哦……

Pride and Prejudice in Fire Island.虽然狠狠地套了Jane Austen的壳，但是在层出不穷逐渐疲软的gay comedy中，本片依然凭借出色的screenwriting带来了许多亮点。很多非常niche却极为relatable的queer insider jokes,以及从The Ethical Slut到Alice Munro这样看似pretentious但依然有着nodding to the literature gays的温柔.对于男同性恋社群内部问题，identity crisis,以及Asianess in gay culture的探讨，相对轻盈却保持了足够细腻，配合不能再酷的queer OST实在太棒了
