The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 近几年欧美同影已经往纯爱或者黑暗时刻反思方向走了，相对保守的印度却开始从认同说起，也是一种进步
在戏剧和现实之间，结局选择了“立意更高”的陈腔滥调，相互妥协，各不得罪，一应俱全，也就那样。
隔壁阿三都能拍出这种电影 里面的gay主真的刻画得很好 男性的甩锅，不负责，抠门，某些时候的无脑体现得淋漓尽致 相爱的两个人，眼神就能看出来是否相爱，天雷勾地火，一触即燃。 嘤嘤嘤，我一外人都磕到了磕到了😭
走轻喜剧风格 剧情其实觉得拍得过于理想化……但这种题材能拍出来就比严防死守明令禁止的厉害了
非常超出预期，制作上突破箱庭结构和时间局限，可算是目前格局最大的伪纪录恐怖片之一（同时也容易受到拍摄逻辑的质疑）节奏慢，需要沉浸环境。有核心叙事诡计，和观众认真玩耍，心智门槛高。因为结尾有第三种可能性，四星改五星。

虽然一直说印度电影的坏话 但是总是有勇气一直拍具有争议话题的电影呀
开头还可以，男主被甩后就不太行了，还是前男友帅😑

印度已经可以排出这样接地气的LGBT电影了，话题之广，感情之起承转合，看出来是用心了。可能这样的场景目前只能出现在电影里。期待看到国内的类型电影，大家的生活可精彩着呢
男主女主都是同性恋为了不被家人知道结婚 后来领养孩子双方父母也都接受了男女主都是同性恋
但as一部電影，happy ending總是好的。男主出櫃那刻我也看得很感動。
