恰逢美国政权交迭时来看这部电影真的是一种很奇妙的观影体验。艾伦的剧作相当扎实，有条不紊的理清了复杂的人物关系和历史背景，并将其紧凑成2个小时左右，最后在老道的交叉剪辑中一步步将剧情推向高潮。76
4.5，艾伦索金越拍越好了，群戏拍的张弛有度。
对话没有含金量，较量不精彩，制作水平中下，剧情拖沓。
熟悉的快剪辑风格，最后的庭审戏还是挺燃的。
真正牛逼的是片子讲故事的形式，多角度多种叙事，正常叙事、脱口秀、历史影像交叠去拼凑出来一个时代风貌，让它既夸张到锣鼓喧天，又没有丢失扎根历史本身的重量。

法律是神圣的，并非其生而神圣，而是因为在制定与解读法律的过程中，会体现出人性中神圣的一面。
剧本的设置也极为精彩。
并不存在完美的制度，还需要人心和思想来将它维持在一个可持续的状态，而凝结于全体社会中的心性与观念就是传统习俗和价值取向。当然，当一个制度光从逻辑推理上看就存在很多的漏洞，就别指望更高层次的那些了。WYT
