The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 编排完美，歌舞和这种题材太搭了，让人激情昂扬。只有在困境中才能看出一个地方的素质，是否能考虑到尽可能多的情况，关心少数群体，保护动物，人们互相帮助载歌载舞，这才是人性的闪光之处。女机长的独唱更是激励人心。
最感动的几个moment和唱段。他们铺起毯子开始祷告的一段。👮飞行员的唱段，Me and the Sky - Suddenly there's nothing in between me and the sky. ✈️ 返程飞机上的唱段，Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, you've found your heart and left a part of you behind. 💦 分别的唱段，Something’s missing. 👨🌾 岛民最后的唱段，Tonight we honor what was lost, but we also commemorate what we found.

小舞台，省演员，12人个个分饰多角，营造出人声鼎沸之感。技术上节奏明快，过场如飞，毫不拖泥带水，却一点也不突兀，有非常高水准。故事上就是一报告文学，却让人看得津津有味，灾难之际陌生人似乎更易释放善意，写得足够细腻。当然对于遭受更多苦难与灾难的人群来说显得似乎有些矫情。

太感动了。就靠几把椅子让观众面前出现了那么多不同的画面。
密集的台词和唱段、动听的旋律、热闹的舞步、简洁炫目的舞美、缤纷的笑料和点到为止的感人瞬间，百老汇太强了。女机长的solo曲目Me and the Sky进入单曲循环。

人性的光辉时刻。特别在今年奥斯卡这么烂的情况下，期待一下托尼。不过911和双伊、伊拉克战争其实是有因果的。

发生在纽芬兰小岛上的暖心故事，真是一群可爱的人。p.s.前有《汉密尔顿》，后有《来自远方》，这样的官方录制麻烦多来点好吗！
十二位主演，每人至少分饰两角。真是太厉害了，不论是演技还是舞台设计。结局伴奏团的单独表演也很棒。果然Me and the sky在最高潮处，真的好听。
