The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 剧情紧凑，没有废话，还有就是不要多管闲事！！！
虽然是故事比较简单，场景也比较单调的一部西部片，但拍的还不错。这个年老单薄的农夫就是江湖传说的比利小子，在关键时刻拔枪射击，以一当十干脆利落。情节最后的反转也让他失去了生命，救了不该救的人，双方原来都不是好人。最后，本不甘于平淡的小儿子也持枪跨马，走出小屋，融入了西部苍茫的天地。

西部版《小人物》，看到后面想起来了，男主演过那个白帽子西部牛仔
西部片的魅力依旧，没有政治正确的黑人，没有情情爱爱的女人，西部牛仔们左轮手枪和步枪的响声真是悦耳。如今电影院的电垃圾电影太多，能在网上看到这部片实在难得！
7分多，厚重音乐加上背景底蕴，幸好有这么个故事支撑，有几处现代西部元素看的挺过瘾。

不论节奏、剧情、人物都非常经典的西部片，能想到老亨利不是一般人，但谁又能想到老亨利居然就是比利小子呢
故事简单，纯正西部味。乒乒乓乓一阵射…全片很爷们，没见一个娘们！
永远不要惹你大爷！西部爽片，不知为什么，很喜欢西部片对枪的感觉。
一般般，剧情其实挺老套，唯一的反转还行吧，老比利成就小比利...
我不相信救赎，但看着你抚育你这样的孩子让我觉得生命有意义。大概就是这么个意思吧。剧情不复杂，脉络清晰，不拖泥带水。唯一的不足是缺乏张力来弥补稍显单一的剧情。
前面节奏有点慢
即便老了，比利还是那个令人闻风丧胆的比利小子。
从头能预料到尾的简单剧情，没有复杂的情绪，没有错综的人物关系，唯一值得一提的是老亨的演技真不错
