The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Home. Is it just a word, or is it something you carry within you? 漂泊不是无家可归，而是带着家上路。期待很高，但看完略有些失望。电影通片“情绪流”，缺少真正有力量的文本支撑；视听方面给我的感觉是中规中矩，钢琴配乐不贴剧情且在很多时候都显得多余（正面例子是断背山的吉他配乐）。相似题材更喜欢另一位女导演Debra Granik的那部《不留痕迹》。
