The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 追電車告白;江之島放煙火;嗨到早上的渋谷;以及貫穿整部電影的櫻花，劇情雖然老套但真的好看。前半部分有多甜後半部分哭的就有多慘。中島老師演技真的絲毫不誇張，感情拿捏的真的很細膩，女主也很可愛，但結局一整個大破防。整部電影濾鏡我覺得就是正統日劇那種日系風，看得特別舒服。
纯爱套路还是拿捏住我了。

前面节奏有点太跳了，让后面的感情线有点，不太舒服。

电影三星，为kenty加一星。剧情的确套路但也哭了好几次，kenty的戏很有感染力，最后彩蛋那里虽然也是常见套路但还是让人挺感慨，留下了一点余韵。

逻辑都在，没有瞎拍，还不错！
一段偶然的怦然心动唤起男子的摄影热情，但是女主即使早衰也不愿意留下自己的照片…日本人骨子里的不愿意麻烦别人？
我自己泪点低，看到快结尾处，女主看完摄影展回去的路上和男主相遇，男主没有认出来她，哭成狗。在这之前想为什么女主没有告诉男主病情，看完之后觉得如果告诉了的话，两个人对彼此的感情可能就没有那么的深了，不如把最好的一面留给自己的恋人。但是确实整个剧情都很老套，之前看预告就基本上知道主线剧情是怎样发展的了，没啥新意，不过本来也是改编自小说的，在我这里算及格分吧，
一般般吧，情节有些拖沓，也不太吸引人。但日剧一向的唯美还是有的。
女主好美
演的挺好的，也不觉得这种题材刻意，《返老还童》多经典。。。松本穗香笑起来真的很元气，几个主演都演的不错。错身那场戏设定太厉害了，我一个大叔直接看泪奔
好纯粹的爱情和亲情，没有一点杂质，以及，片子的色彩搭配得真好…🥃
看到剪辑才去找全片看的。虽然剧情没有太多新颖之处，但是在一些细节方面还是会被打动到。例如两人因为对梦想的坚持才有缘走到一起的，生病后女主对嫂子无法控制的嫉妒情绪，哥哥固执地替妹妹找治疗方法，还有男女主最后没有言明的见面。
看之前没想到演技最差的居然是女主。。。中岛老师倒是演的意外的不错
还算是比较好的电影，就是角色之间掌握不好戏份
需要暴风哭泣的一部。没有疾病有爱人在身边的感觉真好。
