The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 哈哈果然是行为艺术现场，充满了影射暗喻和艺术家的逆向思考，小k表演最出彩，暗合了神秘的双向吸引力，又有点疯狂和诡谲，某种层面上，成为影片气质的投射

身体真实终难胜过政治真实，晕目的风光也只被暗陨的凄凉代替。或许改造不等于进化，自然也天生建构不了理想。手术疮疤的反复开闭也只是开闭。
将人类的一切存在剥离到只剩下身体和器官的程度。
分了四次，终于强迫自己看完了，除了解剖满足了我的猎奇兴趣，其他的真是不可理喻，感觉老导演都更注重叙事，但柯南伯格好像反了，除了宣扬他前无古人的审美情趣，剩下的基本上就是故弄玄虚了。因为他搞了个本不清晰的设定，结果自始至终都在写抒情诗，对设定毫无解释又简单直白的呈现，那种神秘感就没了。

梦感。寓言感。没有“世界”。性的焦虑；创作的焦虑；表演的焦虑。生育的焦虑；增殖的焦虑；进化的焦虑。进食的焦虑；疼痛的焦虑。最后一镜的Viggo，无神的眼，一滴泪，蒙难的贞德。“Not good at the old sex”又何尝不是一种自反，如今neo-sex也成了old sex。视听有锐利的胶稠质地，挥之不去的蕾雅·赛杜和Howard Shore。
除了反反复复的身体恐怖之外，只剩下故弄玄虚的卖弄和敷衍，不说柯南伯格自己巅峰时期的作品，就是对比去年的金棕榈《钛》，也远谈不上碾压，甚至在创新程度上更有不如。
"Surgery is the new sex." 概念不错，但是执行潦草。

剧终时，我没有感到恶心，只是感到一些哀伤。我完全是为了陪刚放假的M君去看的。也许是事先做了强大的心理建设，观影时没有感觉特别难以接受——开场六七个人，散场时除了我俩还剩一位女士。虽然囿于英语水平，台词部分不是很清楚，不过我是将之视为柯南伯格的一种直给的宣言和寓言来看的，在所谓科幻和人类新进化前提设定下。Naked & Nostalgic.
