The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 作为恐怖片，视听氛围的营造平平无奇，手段重复，叙事效率也是有点低，结尾高潮戏草率。不过怪物造型还是挺拉风

视觉表达和氛围营造还不错。剧本差了点，几分钟就能说清楚，父亲附体、异变、老师绝杀。鹿版异形？
摄影打光剪辑都不错的。至于剧情上，如果女老师和小男孩家庭的可比性更强一些，可能会好看一些。20211227
2.5星，果然是和德尔托罗制作团队有关系的电影，这怪物最后变身后总觉得有股潘神的迷宫里那个怪物的影子。可是故事太寡淡，也就是隔靴搔痒。关于“坏”父亲完全可以说的更深入，父权的彻底崩塌，以及这种“坏”的延续，在电影中还是停留在表面，不过结尾不错算是唯一的亮点。

卢卡斯和茱莉都好惨，不仅父母都死了，卢卡斯弟弟也死了，茱莉的哥哥也中招了。都没有调查清楚这个东西会不会传染就去救人，真的会杀敌一千自损八百的啊……
