The IMAX "Cosmic Voyage" film was made as a public service with sponsorship by the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. On DVD, borrowed from my local public library, it plays at just over 30 minutes with Morgan Freeman supplying a pleasing narrative. As one would expect from an IMAX film, the image quality is superb and the Dolby 5.1 sound track is very well done. Simulated cosmic explosions shake your walls! That is, if you have a good powered subwoofer in your system. The film takes a very useful approach to examining the size of the universe, from tiny sub-atomic particles to the vastness of the whole universe. (Fortunately, when God created the Universe he had dispatched a few angels with video cameras at different vantage points so we get to see actual footage from several billion years ago.) The film starts in Venice, where the discovery of the telescope originated, and uses a one-meter hoop as a reference point, then gradually goes larger by powers of 10, e.g. 10 meters, 100, 1000, etc until we can see the whole universe. Then it takes the opposite journey, going smaller by powers of 10 until be see inside sub-atomic particles. The story is well-woven with beautiful effects created especially for this film. It is entertaining and educational at the same time. All of "oldsters" can enjoy it for the scientific history we are already familiar with, and all the "youngsters" can enjoy it for the educational supplement it provides. Overall a masterful film. Any numerical "rating" of "Cosmic Voyage" is meaningless. If one is looking for a superb film about our universe and modern theories of its formation, this one is hard to beat. 我这种没心没肺的老油条，居然看哭了，尤其是浴室大小便完全失禁那场。看完时，直接把此片捧作迈克尔哈内克的《爱》，但冷静想想，当然远不至于。差距当然就是视点太多的问题，女儿的，男友的，老妈的，但我完全接受这种有意无意破坏电影制作规矩的“意外”。每个视点都有其存在道理。觉得多余的，只有女主闺蜜那些家庭办公室琐事。另外，结尾的情绪扬抑没处理到最好，总希望是悲伤到极点时，照进点希望，如白事铺伙计说的，“死亡不过是进入更高的一个阶段”
从故事到感慨，都拍出来了，其他的话都是多余了
只能说拍得比较真实，但水平还有很大的进步空间。

家庭伦理电视剧感，现实部分很糟糕。龙标真是个迷，“他进入我的身体越深，我想分手的念头就越淡”这种台词在外国电影也没见过啊，搁这写黄文呢。反倒是结尾超现实部分有惊喜，死后世界，导演不能拍恐怖片可惜了。@声色场所『青年近衛軍：華語青年導演處女作展映論壇』
搞出这么一出
#PYIFF 首映#前半部分中老两代的生活流，后半部分围绕父亲建立冲突.剧本的问题挺大的，不仅人物的行为有矛盾，而且单单围绕父亲的老年痴呆去展开的一系列情节并依托不起几段关系的复杂情感.节奏有些过慢，几处超现实场景也感觉跳脱，理解不到其中试图外化的情感
日版大鱼海棠。泽野弘之兜底的跑酷之旅。看完想再看一遍萤火之森。
顶级的制作，拉垮的剧本，还要我3块钱付费观看。国家队败北
第一场浴室戏实在拉垮，台词与现实割裂太重，家里卫生间的戏份都太过刻意，唯有倒数第二场超现实显得有灵气。
很开心看到这样的作品，因为这证明了日本动画业界一样有傻x，而且这个病逐渐向老美靠拢了
用最矫情的台词演最生活的片段，这就是传说中的文艺片吗？
2022年了，不敢相信这阵容能做出来这么土的东西来！
2022年了还是人鱼公主最终为爱化为泡沫，阵容越大，翻车越不奇怪，可怕。
充满温情，充满关爱，夫妻、父女、母女、姐妹间互相关心、扶持。父母总是为儿女着想，不想拖累，儿女希望父母健康长寿。当父母不在时会发现，自己将独自面对死亡，那个挡在你前面的人，已经走了。妈妈演得真好，就象过过这种日子一样。
品鉴一部作品，要看感觉，无论剧情制作配乐还是人物塑造，都是为了服务“感觉”这一点。这部作品带给我的感觉是很微妙的浪漫和感动，我觉得这就够了。
我真的服了，这样的作画，这样的设定，这样的投资，怎么能搞出个这样的剧情，真的服了，我好恨啊，不会老虚就写完设定就跑了吧
算是日式新版的小美人鱼吧。
