The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 这部影片无论是从剪辑还是选角都是垃圾，几乎没有看点，叙事碎片，不连贯的观感就像是片儿汤，但毕竟是东木老爷子的电影，虽然已经能看出力不从心的感觉了，不过还是有些台词值得回味。
老了，真的老了。最早看的一部他的片子是火线狙击。
