The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 这个时代的电影西部片很难得了，就连剧本故事，甚至儿子的选角都在告诉我们西部片属于已经过去的那个年代，质感不错，配乐不错，很有味道。
色彩动人，细节精致。即使不交代老亨利的身份也很好看。

对话很无聊，故事讲述的一般，枪战还算爽快，只能说还过得去吧。
尽管粗粝感有了，但终究打斗过程过于简单而前面的铺垫有些冗长，其中的几条支线也和主线没啥必然关联，当然更重要的是，作为中国人，我们对西部世界并没有情亲感，很难为情怀再加一星了，
每个男人都曾经是男孩，希望每个男孩都能变成男人。
好久没看过这么硬核的正统味道的西部片了，点赞
别惹农民阶级，里面藏龙卧虎
猜中结局，扣一星。节奏还好，导演可以。价值观还能接受，看在科恩班底的份上，表演给四星。

有种看了古典西部爽片的感觉，1906年的美国已经是世界第一，具有传奇的老爹逝去，带着传统的西部小子开始闯荡新世界。

仿佛在玩荒野大镖客，这枪，这房屋，这服装，这马匹，都那么熟悉，屋子里面没有灯，昏昏暗暗的，却又那么有人情味
沾了比利小子的传奇光芒，但影片的观赏性并不强，尚且不如《大地惊雷》
在不同的推荐中见过此片，拉高了期待，结果一看水平很一般。前面冗长沉闷，枪战短暂而且不激烈，很快就搞定了。最后农夫与蛇也没有丝毫意外。
从故事到画面，从对白到配乐，无比复古，无比传统，在这个科恩兄弟和昆汀用各种现代手法让西部片不那么西部的时代，在被政治正确绑架的好莱坞剧本陷入低能死循环的时代，《老亨利》让人重新回到约翰韦恩和伊斯特伍德纵横好莱坞时那个传奇的西部岁月
